Membership Agreement


Here under, getlifepartner.com shall refer to the matrimonial services and the people involved in providing it, including its sponsors and promoters. The person(s) creating an account of membership on getlifepartner.com will be hereby referred to as member..

On creating an account of membership the member will be deemed to be agreed with  the following terms and conditions :-

  1. The member agrees to use this service as permitted by applicable local, state and federal laws. getlifepartner.com shall not be responsible for any use of this service that is prohibited by law.
  2. The member shall not use this service  for anything other than its intended purpose.
  3. The member is responsible for maintaining the security of their password. getlifepartner.com shall not be responsible for any damages caused by loss of password, or others gaining access to the account or membership.
  4. The member should not  include any direct contact information in the marriage register. The member should provide his contact information directly to another information after being satisfying about member on his own risk and exposure . The site and its promoter will not be liable any way for any consequences arising out registration with the site or with further development.
  5. getlifepartner.com shall not be liable for any loss or other damage of any sort arising out of use of this service, disruption in, or discontinuation of this service.

  7. getlifepartner.com reserves the rights to refuse, modify or discontinue your membership at any time without further notice .

  9. The members will get ASP generated e-mail on the registration of new member.
  10. The Site will not be responsible for any E-mail sent to a member by another member. However , the member can inform about irritating e-mail sent by another member so his membership can be terminated. The member are always free to delete his profile if they are not interested in receiving any e-mail.
